Which system and groove you use — Euro-groove U or C, or a proprietary groove — plus backset if it is non-standard.

2. Window type & sash size

Opening type (inward, outward, tilt & turn, sliding, top-hung) and the sash width, height and weight.

3. Market & finish

Destination country, finish and colour, and whether the packing must be retail-ready or industrial.
