Ouzhilun Hardware Group manufactures window and door hardware on a 10,800 m² site in Tangxia Town, Ruian — the hardware and auto-parts cluster of Zhejiang. Design, tooling, stamping, die casting, injection moulding, surface finishing and assembly all happen under our own roof, which is what keeps tolerances, finishes and delivery dates under our control.

Quality management, documented from material to packed set

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. Product quality is checked by the national quality supervision authority in China, and inspection records are kept per production batch so a repeat order matches the first shipment.

Incoming material: alloy and plastic grades checked against specification before production.
In-process: dimensional and function checks at casting, finishing and assembly stages.
Final inspection: assembled sets operated through their full travel — handle, linkage and locking points — before packing.
Traceability: batch records kept so a repeat order can be matched to the original specification.
